• Public Hearing on the Proposed Urban Growth Boundary of White Bluff, Tennessee.

• Consider the Proposed Urban Growth Boundary of White Bluff, Tennessee.

• Review December 2025 financial statement.

STREETS AND SIDEWALKS:

• Consider on second and final reading an Ordinance of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee, reducing the speed limit on Timber Crest Trail (Timber Crest Subdivision, Hwy 47N) from 20 mph to 15mph and to allow for the installation of “No Parking” signs along Timber Crest Trail to restrict on-street parking.

• Consider requesting the Planning Commission to consider an Amendment to the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee requiring Developers to install “No Parking on Street” signs for new developments.

• Consider a new street light on Wakeman Dr. New street light to be located on new pole across the street and diagonally from existing pole #140294.

• Consider traffic calming measures for Charlton St.

PARKS AND RECREATION:

• Consider Interim Parks Manager Recommendation.

• Veterans Memorial Park update.
