PUBLIC HEARINGS:

• A Public Hearing before second and final reading of a Budget for fiscal year 2026-2027 including General Fund, State Street Aid and Drug Fund and setting a Tax Rate.

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Consider on second and final reading a Budget for fiscal year 2026-2027 including General Fund, State Street Aid and Drug Fund and setting a Tax Rate.

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Consider on first reading an Ordinance to Amend the White Bluff Zoning Ordinance to define and add specific requirements for Data Centers and Data Center Accessory Uses, Amendments to the Definitions of Essential Services, Limited Manufacturing Activities, Business and Communication Services, and Data Centers, as well as Development Standards regarding the same.

NEW BUSINESS:

• Consider a Resolution of the Town of White Bluff, Tennessee, Expressing Support for Participation in the Certified Tennessee Downtowns Program and Committing to Fulfill all Program Requirements.
