DISCUSS MINUTES of the June 2, 2026, regular meeting and the June 22, 2026, special-called meeting.

BUDGET AND FINANCE:

• Discuss May 2026 financial statement.

CODES AND PERMITS:

• Discuss on second and final reading an Ordinance to Amend the White Bluff Zoning Ordinance to define and add specific requirements for Data Centers and Data Center Accessory Uses, Amendments to the Definitions of Essential Services, Limited Manufacturing Activities, Business and Communication Services, and Data Centers, as well as Development Standards regarding the same. NOTE: A Public Hearing will be conducted before considering this item at the regular meeting.

• Discuss on first reading an Ordinance to Enact a Moratorium on Data Centers until Appropriate Regulations can be ratified.

• Discuss on first reading an Ordinance Regulating Food Trucks.
